Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Coordinator located in Gurugram. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating service requests, liaising with service partners, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining service records, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer service goals and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Inbound / Outbound Calls
  • Managing What's app and Email Communication
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed service records and reports
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with the consumer electronics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred
