Job Description

Publicis Media is looking for Digital Trading candidate someone with a strong digital background, who can take charge of media buying activities on assigned accounts and help drive our overall trading culture. Guide designated client teams in trading strategy; approve media plans and key tactics; work with leadership teams to support key negotiations; provide and solicit market input and build/maintain productive relationships with key partners

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading all supply/publisher deals and ensuring cost benefits to Agency & in-turn to the client eventually
  • Digital Trading – Handling large buys and media trading.
  • New business pitches with agencies and showcasing value via Publicis Media'sbuying efficiencies across digital channels & properties
  • Leading negotiation and Pricing for all clients including rates, executions, delivery, Value adds and Postcampaign analysis.
  • Handling digital arena across multiple markets with an emphasis on buying and negotiation
  • Working on all aspects of digital media including Display, Search, Social, Mobile, Video, Programmatic, Data etc.
  • Helping roll out new digital businesses
  • Execute the establish Digital Trading strategy for agency
  • Ensuring all key KPI's like Deal making for clients, Client pricing, Inflation control, demand generation are implemented successfully
  • Syncing up with agencies to ensure all client level buying KPI's are successfully delivered
  • To Ensure setting up systems to monitor effective strategy/campaign implementation
  • Troubleshooting and negotiation support with the agencies to ensure the continued success and excellence of strategies
  • Dealing with local media owner connections
  • Achieve best results from our media vendor partners actively work with agencies and partners to work on pricing for clients & brands
  • Working with cross functional team on agency buys
  • Actively participate in client presentations, meetings and company committees

Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications
  • 3+ years experience in Digital Investment/Trading/Acquisition (agency experience an asset)
  • · Comfortable working with budgets and numbers
  • · Exceptional organizational, mentoring and presentation skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
  • · Knowledge of the current marketplace and competitive landscape
  • Innovative thinker
  • Good communication skills, written & spoken both, in case person has to deal with global & regional teams
  • Should be able to build good relations with media vendors
  • Should be able to benchmark rate & provide business logic to back it
  • Should be updated with current digital media trends & industry reports
  • Understanding of Adtech & its implication on media investment is an added advantage
  • We consider ComScore as base for evaluation, should have an understanding of the tool
  • Should be able to work on pitch submissions
