Job Description: Medical Representative Outreach Specialist


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining contacts with Medical Representatives (MRs), gathering detailed information about their affiliations, and promoting our company’s special offers targeted at MRs. This role involves direct interaction with MRs, as well as advertising our services while on the go, specifically using a motorcycle.


Key Responsibilities:

- **Outreach and Relationship Building:** Establish and maintain contact with Medical Representatives in the designated area.

- **Data Collection:** Gather and document detailed information about MRs, including the companies they represent.

- **Promotion and Advertising:** Effectively promote the company’s special offers and incentives tailored for Medical Representatives.

- **Mobile Advertising:** Utilize a motorcycle to serve as a mobile advertisement platform, increasing brand visibility and reach.

- **Lead Generation:** Proactively seek out Medical Representatives, identify potential leads, and collect their contact information for follow-up.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and refine outreach strategies and promotional materials.

- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of contacts made, information gathered, and results of promotional activities. Provide regular reports to management.


Qualifications:

- **Experience:** Previous experience in Pharmaceutical field or a similar role involving direct contact with clients or customers.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with Medical Representatives.

- **Self-Motivation:** Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- **Mobility:** Must have a valid motorcycle license and a reliable motorcycle for use during work hours.

- **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- **Knowledge of Healthcare Industry:** Familiarity with the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries is a plus.

- **Tech Savvy:** Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for data collection, communication, and reporting.
