As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure our product delivers a seamless and reliable experience across web, iOS, and Android platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesTest new features across web, iOS, and Android for smooth, consistent user experience.Design, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for key workflows such as messaging, payments, quoting, scheduling, and VoIP.Identify, reproduce, and document bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases across different browsers, devices, and environments.Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to detect and resolve issues early in the development cycle.Conduct real-world testing to validate performance and reliability for field service teams.Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and testing strategies as the product and team grow.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech preferred).Strong background in manual testing, bug tracking (Jira or similar), and clear documentation.Hands-on experience with QA automation tools such as:Selenium / Playwright / Cypress (UI & regression testing)Appium / Detox (mobile automation)Postman (API testing & automation)Browser Stack / Sauce Labs (cross-browser & device testing)Excellent attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.Bonus: Experience testing tools used by small businesses or field service teams.Location PreferredCandidates from Delhi/Gurgaon are strongly preferred.The position will begin as remote, transitioning to work-from-office in 3–4 months at our upcoming Delhi/Gurgaon location.
