Overview:

As the Business Head for Print Advertisement Sales, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the print advertising sales department within our media organization for our emerging market of MPCG , Your primary focus will be on generating revenue through the sales of advertising space in our print publications, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and expand our presence in emerging markets.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, market share growth, and overall business objectives.

- Responsible for setting sales targets, identifying key market segments in EMM, and creating innovative approaches to attract advertisers.

- Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and explore it.

- Identify and pursue new revenue streams, partnerships, and business opportunities to expand the print media portfolio.

- Foster relationships with key stakeholders including advertisers, agencies, and industry associations.

- Lead the Emerging Market sales team in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with advertisers and sponsors.

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize advertising revenue.

- Analyze market data, audience demographics, and reader preferences to foster revenue

- Negotiate favorable deals with advertisers, agencies, and local partners to maximize revenue potential.

Qualifications and Skills:

- MBA Sales and Marketing from Premium B School

- Proven experience of 15 in a senior management role.

- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analysis.

- Experience in FMCG/Telecom/Insurance will be preferred.

Working Conditions:

- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.

- Regular interaction with cross-functional teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders.

- Extensive Travel will be required.

- Willing to relocate to Bhopal with Family
