Agentic AI Engineer

- 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering, including at least 2 years building GenAI or Agentic AI solutions. - Strong command of Python 3.11+ — including asyncio, typing, packaging, pytest, and profiling. - Hands-on experience with LangGraph or LangChain for orchestration, reasoning, and memory. - Proven experience designing RAG pipelines using vector stores such as OpenSearch, pgvector, or Pinecone. - Proficiency with key AWS components — EKS, S3, RDS, ElastiCache, SNS/SQS, API Gateway, and Secrets Manager. - Experience in service instrumentation and monitoring using Datadog, CloudWatch, and OpenTelemetry. - Strong grounding in security, rate limiting, circuit breakers, and resilient service design. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to produce clear documentation, flow diagrams, and code reviews.Good to Have- Familiarity with multi-agent collaboration patterns — coordinator/worker, task decomposition, human-in-the-loop. - Experience in AI evaluation frameworks — regression suites, hallucination detection, grounding and recall scoring. - Exposure to AWS Bedrock, LLM evaluation pipelines (phoenix/arize, promptfoo), or guardrail frameworks. - Understanding of chat-based or streaming agent UIs integrated with reasoning traces. - Exposure to DevOps workflows — Docker, CI/CD usage, environment promotion, and release versioning.LOCATION: BENGALURU /GURUGRAM BOTH
