Agentic AI Engineer

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design and implement intelligent systems leveraging autonomous agents, LLMs, and advanced Python frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing agentic AI solutions that can plan, reason, and act using multi-agent orchestration and modern AI toolkits.Key Responsibilities: Design and buildagentic AI frameworks and intelligent workflows using LLMs. Develop and integratePython-based AI applicationswith internal systems and APIs. Utilize tools such asLangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or OpenDevinfor agent orchestration. Build AI pipelines that can autonomously perform reasoning, decision-making, and task execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals. Optimize AI agents for scalability, performance, and accuracy in production environments. Stay current with advancements inLLMs, agentic AI, and generative AIecosystems.Required Skills & Experience: Strong programming skills inPythonand familiarity with AI/ML frameworks. Proven experience developingLLM-driven or multi-agent AIsystems. Hands-on experience withLangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or related frameworks. Knowledge ofOpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock APIs. Experience withprompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Nice to Have: Experience inhealthcare or insurance domain. Familiarity withcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)for deploying AI models.
