About the Role:

As a Senior Specialist – MIS in the SCM team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the flow of data and insights that drive supply chain efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact business operations, ensuring that SCM processes are data-driven, robust, and effective.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized reporting solutions and tracking mechanisms using tools like SAS, SQL, Excel, and SAP BO.
  • Analyze data from data warehouses, ensuring its accuracy and performing sanity checks before sharing it with business partners.
  • Continuously improve existing processes, making them more robust and efficient.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal business partners, ensuring seamless data exchange and process delivery.
  • Take ownership of report accuracy and the timeliness of process delivery.
  • Establish governance mechanisms with business partners and lead initiatives that drive business transformation.
  • Build and maintain periodic MIS reports and enhance reporting processes to support SCM operations.
  • Mentor and support team members, helping them overcome roadblocks and develop new skills.
  • Maintain data integrity, ensuring adherence to compliance and governance procedures.


What Are We Looking For?

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounts, Finance or Management.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Strong working knowledge of SAS, PowerBI, Advanced Excel, VBA, and other MIS tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and present data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and business partners.
  • Experience with MS Office tools, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Previous experience in supply chain management and MIS reporting is a plus.
