Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Genpact Mega Walk-in drive for Process Associate, Trust & SafetyIn this role, you will support customers in English via Chat, email, and other support tools.Drive Date: 10-Jan-2026 (Saturday)Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PMJob Location: Hyderabad Walk-in Venue: Ground and First Floor, Plot no. 1, Phase I in IT Incubation Centre, 50-Survey no. 1596, 1703/1, Madikonda Village, Hanamkonda, Warangal, Telangana 506002.Work module: Work from officeMandatory documents to carry: 2 passport size photographs (One photo to be pasted on resume), 2 copies of resume, Original Aadhar cardResponsibilities• Provides prompt and efficient service to the client including the appropriate escalation of any issues.• Fulfil and maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and attendance.• Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning• Demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities and assist customers in case of any issues• Serve as an advocate for the user community• Label content and flag for action• Understand and remain up to date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures.• Provide Email/Chat, back-office operations support and troubleshoot, resolve issues and provide third-party app support & testingIn the context of this role, individuals may be exposed to explicit content and will need a level of resilience and maturity.
