**Job Description**:
Academics: Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor in Science, Postgraduates in Science, Computer operating knowledge (Passed in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021)

You are a strong fit for this role if you are/ have:

- Good communication skill (Verbal and written English)
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly, Commitment towards work

What you will work on:

- Selected associates will undergo training programs based on various project requirements.
- During training period, organization will provide training on various aspects for working on different projects which includes
- Domains such tele communication, utilities, geospatial, mining & exploration, Navigation etc.
- such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Microstation, QGIS, Google Earth etc.
- Associates are expected to deliver output with required quality and productivity

Compensation:

- INR 1,75,000 per annum
- First 6 months: INR 13,000 per month
- Next 6 months: INR 14,000 per month
- Bonus: INR 6,500 after completion of first 6 months, INR 6,500 after completion of 12 months

Potential Career Path:

- Based on performance during 12 months, you will be converted as a permanent employee
- Additionally, if you would learn digital skills (AI/ ML/ Python etc.), it may open opportunity for you through Internal Job Postings, to work as data Analyst/ Data Engineer/ Data Scientist etc
- Based on your work performance/ capability/ customer requirement, you may get opportunity to work at customer locations (Europe/ USA/ Australia etc.)

Work timings:
Mode of work: Work from office / Work from home based on scenarios and project demand

Working days: Monday to Friday. Occasionally there may be a need of additional work on weekends based on project demand

Shifts: Need to work in any of the below 3 shifts as per the project requirement:

- First shift - 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM
- Second shift - 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- General shift - 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Educational copies (from SSC to Highest Degree)
- Consolidated marks memo
- Provisional certificate
- Aadhaar card
