If you have primary experience in closing roles for product-based companies, this is for YOUAs a key player in our talent acquisition process, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in recruitment for roles of product-based companies (preferably startups)Key Responsibilities:1. Sourcing the right profiles from US-specific job portals like Dice, LinkedIn and Indeed and for India-specific job portals like Naukri.2. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify top talent3. Managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs4. Utilizing ATS to streamline the recruitment process and track candidate data5. Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends6. Negotiating job offers7. Collaborating with team members to ensure successful recruitment outcomesLooking primarily for people who can work as an IC (Individual Contributor) first and later evolve into a mixed role where they may be required to manage a team of 3-5 junior recruiters/interns.If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for recruitment, we want to hear from youOther requirements1. Recruiters with experience in closing for roles at product-based companies2. Experience in closing for US-based roles is also a plus3.
