The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to resolve issues quickly to ensure smooth office operations.Key Responsibilities: IT Support & Troubleshooting:● Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals).● Manage and troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, and network-related issues.● Install, upgrade, and configure computer software, operating systems, and applications.● Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and security checks.New Joinee Onboarding: ● Set up workstations for new employees (laptop/desktop setup, software installation, email configuration, access creation).● Provide IT orientation for new hires (tools access, login setup, best practices).● Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure allocation documentation.System & Network Management:● Ensure smooth functioning of internet, VPN, firewall, and internal networks.● Manage user accounts, passwords, and security permissions.● Coordinate with external vendors/ISPs for quick issue resolution when required.Documentation & Reporting:● Maintain IT logs: issue tracker, hardware allocation records, system updates, etc.● Prepare reports on recurring issues and suggest improvements.● Manage asset inventory: laptops, chargers, keyboards, accessories, etc.Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.● 0.6–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.● Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and system configuration.● Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi).● Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic security tools.● Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.● Ability to multitask and resolve issues efficiently.● Good problem-solving and customer service attitude.Key Skills: ● Hardware & System Troubleshooting● Network & Wi-Fi Support● System Configuration & Software Installation● User Account & Access Management● IT Asset Management● Problem-Solving & Communication● Vendor CoordinationBenefits: ● 5 Days Working (Sat–Sun Off)● Flexible Working Hours● Learning & skill development opportunities● Health insuranceThanks
