Position: IT AdministratorIndustry: FintechExperience: Minimum 6 months in IT AdministrationJob Position : IT AdminstratorQualification: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related fieldLocation: KochiSalary: Up to ₹20,000 per monthJob Overview:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to support our fintech operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of hardware, software, and networks.Key Responsibilities:Provide first-level IT support to internal users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.Maintain and monitor computer systems, networks, and security protocols.Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and IT infrastructure.Assist with data backups, antivirus management, and system performance checks.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.Ensure adherence to IT policies and data security standards.Additional Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for in-house software applications used across branches. - Troubleshoot application errors, bugs, and functional issues reported by users. - Assist in minor software development, code fixes, or enhancements as guided by senior developers. - Run SQL queries for data checks, validations, and basic data corrections. - Coordinate with end-users to understand issues and provide prompt resolution. - Document incidents, resolutions, and application behavior. - Test new releases, patches, and updated versions before deployment. - Follow IT and application guidelines to ensure system reliability and compliance. - Visit to different branches if requiredRequirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in IT administration or technical support.Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Basic knowledge of networking, system configurations, and troubleshooting.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with fintech systems or software will be an added advantage.Benefits:Opportunity to work in a growing fintech environment.Exposure to modern IT systems and processes.Career growth and learning opportunities.
