In India, we operate from Pune and Hyderabad.To support our growth strategy and three-year plan to double our workforce in India, Jade Global seeks a highly experienced dynamic delivery leader for India for its ADM service line.Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Manager - Strategic and Leadership Hiring to drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive-level roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong business understanding, deep networks, and proven experience hiring mid-senior to CXO-level talent in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLeadership Hiring & Talent Acquisition- Own and lead the full recruitment lifecycle for Director, VP, and CXO-level roles across functions. - Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand role requirements, organizational priorities, and succession needs. - Drive talent mapping, competitor research, and market intelligence to identify and attract top leadership talent. - Build robust talent pipelines using proactive sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, market mapping, headhunting, referrals, events, etc.). - Manage complex interview processes, stakeholder schedules, and candidate communication with high professionalism.Stakeholder Management- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies. - Influence and guide hiring managers on best practices, assessment frameworks, and decision-making. - Conduct regular updates, dashboards, and reports for senior stakeholders.Candidate Experience & Employer Branding- Ensure a high-touch candidate experience, especially for senior-level candidates. - Represent the organization’s brand with professionalism, clarity, and consistency. - Collaborate with HR and communications teams to enhance leadership hiring brand visibility.Process Excellence- Utilize data-driven hiring practices to improve quality of hire, time-to-hire, and diversity outcomes. - Ensure compliance, documentation, and adherence to internal processes. - Identify opportunities to streamline processes and introduce best-in-class recruiting methodologies.Required Skills & Experience- 12+ years of total experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5+ years specializing in leadership or executive hiring. - Strong track record of filling Director/VP/CXO-level roles in Technology, Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, or Business functions. - Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. - Deep understanding of the talent landscape, especially in India (Pune preferred). - Experience working in fast-growing organizations, preferably in IT/ITES, technology, consulting, or product companies. - Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion. - Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. - Strategic mindset with strong business acumen. - Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Why Join UsYou should join us if you are interested in shaping an organization that is on a rapid growth path.
