Role Overview This is not just about aesthetic & professional edits – our number one goal isconversions . You’ll be editingdirect response style ads , including but not limited to: UGC ads TikTok/Reels style short-form content AI avatar videos / VEO 3 or other AI generated content Documentary-style VSLs Product demos & testimonials Story-driven adsSKILLS REQUIRED (VERY IMPORTANT): Should be aware about all the content trends and current styles in the field of content. Should know how to use AI tools like ELEVENLABS & VEO 3. Willingness to adapt and update themselves with latest trends and market dynamics.What You’ll Do ✍️ Write crisp, engaging scripts ️ Source and curate the right clips ⚡ Edit compelling short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Work on exciting new products every alternate dayLocation: Remote (Freedom to work from anywhere) (soon will move to onsite) Future Scope: This role starts asVideo Editor , but as we grow, I want you to step into higher-level roles like Creative Strategist.
