Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Editor to produce engaging, conversion-driven video content for our e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in editing product videos, promotional content, and social media creatives tailored to drive online traffic and sales.Key Responsibilities:- Edit and produce high-quality videos for product listings, brand campaigns, social media, and digital ads. - Collaborate with the content, marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize and deliver engaging video creatives aligned with e-commerce goals. - Develop product demo videos, lifestyle reels, influencer collaborations, and ad creatives optimized for digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.). - Repurpose and optimize video content for multiple platforms and formats (square, vertical, 16:9). - Add text overlays, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, and animations to enhance storytelling. - Ensure videos are aligned with the brand’s tone, identity, and campaign objectives. - Maintain proper organization of raw footage, edited versions, and project files in shared drives. - Stay up to date with video marketing trends, platform algorithms, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and competitive. - Collaborate with photographers and creative teams to plan shoots when necessary.Key Skills & Competencies:- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop. - Strong understanding of digital storytelling, product aesthetics, and social media trends. - Ability to edit fast-paced content for Reels, Shorts, and performance-driven campaigns. - Working knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and audio mixing. - Attention to detail with a sense of timing, rhythm, and brand voice. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. - Familiarity with analytics tools or A/B testing for content performance (preferred).Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Video Editing, Animation, Media Production, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience as a Video Editor in e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, or digital marketing agencies. - Demonstrated portfolio of product videos, campaign edits, and social media content.Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Timely delivery of edited content as per campaign calendar. - Engagement metrics (CTR, views, shares, and conversions). - Quality and creativity of final output aligned with brand standards. - Contribution to improved product visibility and customer engagement. - Efficiency in managing and repurposing video assets.
