Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Telesales Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers to provide top-notch sales support and customer service, promoting our personalized online food ordering application. The Telesales Specialist will handle daily sales tasks, customer inquiries, and training sessions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions
  • Promote and educate customers about our personalized food ordering application
  • Maintain customer relationships through excellent service and communication
  • Provide training and support to customers on using the application
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer support
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of the food industry and culinary trends is advantageous
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
