Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic freelance telesales representative to join our dynamic team in the edutech industry. As a freelancer, you will work remotely to promote and sell our educational technology solutions to potential customers. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to earn based on your performance in generating sales and meeting targets.


Responsibilities:


1. Outbound Sales Calls:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.


2. Product Knowledge:

Gain a deep understanding of our edutech products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.


3. Customer Engagement:

Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders at educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities) to understand their needs and position our solutions

as valuable assets.


4. Sales Pitch:

Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of each prospect, highlighting how our products can address their specific challenges and enhance educational

outcomes.


5. Pipeline Management:

Manage sales pipeline and follow up on leads promptly to move them through the sales process.


6. Relationship Building:

Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain ongoing communication to nurture leads and close sales.


7. Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.


8. Feedback and Reporting:

Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and product performance. Submit regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts.


Requirements:


- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the education or technology sector.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with team members and sales managers.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and understand new products and technologies.

- Time management and organizational skills to effectively manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks.
