Job Description:

As a Manager Finance with over 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing critical financial functions and ensuring the effective management of financial resources within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Finalization of Accounts:

  • Lead the finalization of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Bank Reports Submission:

  • Prepare and submit reports to banks, including FFR 1 and 2, and CMA data.

Financial Statements:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, providing insights into the financial health of the organization.

Taxation:

  • Oversee both Direct and Indirect taxation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Tax Audit Report:

  • Prepare and submit tax audit reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

TDS Returns Filing:

  • Manage the filing of TDS returns, staying up-to-date with changes in TDS regulations.
  • Ledger Accounts Scrutiny:
  • Conduct a meticulous scrutiny of ledger accounts, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.

Treasury Function:

  • Manage the treasury function, optimizing cash flow and ensuring efficient utilization of financial resources.


Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Masters degree in Commerce (M.Com) or MBA in Finance.
  • 8 years or more of relevant experience in financial management.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of Direct and Indirect taxation laws.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
