Job Title: DGM - Finance


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CA having good business analytics and commercial acumen to CFO of the 'Ridhira Group' . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing entire financial operations, designing business strategies to help in operational model , driving fundraising initiatives from banks, investors, FIs, budgeting and variance analysis to drive planned and sustainable growth of the group.


Financial Management:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and cost optimization.

Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and senior management.


Accounting and taxation

Track on the financial performance with timely preparation of various financial reports BS, P&L, Cash flow statement for presenting to board members

Managing payroll of the group with knowledge of ZOho software

Ensure compliances of all regulatory bodies - ROC filling, direct and indirect taxation matters

overseeing accounting policies as per Ind GAAP.


Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

upto 8 years of proven experience in accounting and taxation and fund raising programs preferably within the real estate or hotel industry.

Strong understanding of business analytics with knowledge of taxation and Ind GAAP.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills with sound presentation skills to present before board, investor and stakeholders.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in financial software Zoho books , zoho payroll and Microsoft Office excel and word.


Preferred Skills:

Experience in real estate finance or hotel industry

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
