About us:

We are a renowned and award-winning Bakery brand based in Delhi having operations in NCR (Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon). We have our retail bakery outlets in South Delhi and West Delhi under the brand name of Defence Bakery Private Limited and Restaurant/Cafe under the brand name of Alma Nutritive.

Work Location : Delhi

Working Days : Monday to Saturday, 6 days

Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager specializing in the hospitality sector to lead the development and execution of brand strategies tailored to this industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the hospitality Strategy Development:

- Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and the specific needs of the hospitality sector.

Brand Positioning and Differentiation:

- Implement strategies to differentiate the brand from competitors and strengthen its relevance and appeal to target audiences.

Marketing Campaigns and Activation:

- Develop and monitor campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven adjustments as needed to optimize results.

Brand Communication and Messaging:

- Ensure consistency and clarity of brand communication across all channels, including advertising, social media, website content, and collateral materials.

Partnership Development:

- Identify strategic partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

- Negotiate and manage partnerships with different stakeholders and associations to drive mutual business Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in brand management, with a focus on the hospitality industry.

- In-depth knowledge of hospitality market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire internal and external stakeholders.
