We are looking for a skilled CTRM Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including trading, risk, operations, and finance to ensure seamless integration and optimization of CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with trading, risk, operations, and finance teams to gather business requirements and map them to CTRM system functionalities.
  • Manage the full trade lifecycle: trade capture, validation, confirmation, logistics/scheduling, risk exposure calculation, settlement, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Support key risk management activities, including:
  • Mark-to-market valuations
  • Daily P&L reporting and reconciliation
  • Market and credit risk exposure analysis
  • Hedge effectiveness tracking
  • Configure CTRM systems to meet commodity-specific requirements (Energy, Metals, Agriculture, Softs, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate integration of market data feeds (Platts, Argus, ICE, CME, Reuters, Bloomberg, etc.) for pricing and risk analytics.
  • Collaborate on logistics and scheduling modules, including pipeline, shipping, storage, and nominations.
  • Assist with settlement processes such as invoicing, payment matching, and accruals.
  • Work closely with IT teams to implement system enhancements, interface integrations (CTRM ERP, Risk, BI tools), and data migration.
  • Conduct various types of system testing (UAT, regression, performance) and document results.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting standards such as EMIR, MiFID II, REMIT, Dodd-Frank, etc.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and production support.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with CTRM systems (e.g., Endur, Allegro, Eka, Aspect, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of commodity trading processes and risk management principles.
  • Experience with data integration, trade lifecycle management, and system configuration.
  • Familiarity with market data providers and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
