SKILLSET :

Drawing End to End Transformation Map, Sr Stakeholders Communication, Drive Process mining led transformation discussion with stakeholders, Create End to End solution with Process mining intervention levers, collaboration with technology partners on new idea growth and expansion, Analysis of Key enterprise applications as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Netsuite, Coupa etc. for the current architecture and defining to be Architecture

ROLE AND Drive process mining led business process consulting and digital transformation for revenue growth globally

- Taking the lead on conceptualizing and selecting the appropriate approach to deliver stakeholders expectations.

- Understand and interpret business processes across the domain for technology/software industry business models and core processes

- Analyze data and reports to identify potential process issues and summarize the impact of uncovered opportunities

- Should have good understanding of some of the SAP/Oracle Platform led Core processes as Enterprise Led (Account Payable, Account Receivable, P2P, Record to Report, Supply chain etc.

- Managing all Process mining projects and client engagements across geos from consulting perspective

- Experience with key Process mining platforms as Celonis, Signavio, Software AG, Aprimore etc.

- Responsible for all communication with business leadership and client to drive Change management

- Work closely with local sales and account team to mine opportunities for Process mining led transformation for consultative selling

- Support local sales team for business growth and bringing in downstream, business as well

- Contribute from transformation perspective to the running RFP, proposals or bids in respective geography

- Work with process mining tool partners for driving GTM and new ideas/innovation around platform

- Integration with other platforms to create IP and unique solutions for monetization

ANALYSIS AND FEEDBACK:

- Research to create value added / proactive proposals for prospective/existing customers.

- Conduct workshops with clients to sell consultative led solutions and transformation

- Meticulously driving the change management and should proactively own the deployment of new ideas and innovation

- Benchmarking performance of existing customers vis- vis competition

- Supporting as governance layer and set up the risk mitigation approach for local running projects

REPORTING & ADMINISTRATION:

- Share progress on the running leads and pipeline with leadership

- Participate in Governance reviews with clients on all running projects

- Spread awareness around practices as Digital, Automation etc. via workshops, sessions and other activities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

- 7+ years of experience as Digital transformation consulting across multiple domains.

- Experience of BPS (BPO) business is preferred

- Hands on experience on Process mining and BPM platform (must have)
