We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on SAP Specialist at the Manager or Sr. Manager level to lead SAP strategy, end-to-end implementations, and L1/L2 support at our Goa manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SAP HANA, ABAP, and cross-module integration, with strong leadership and vendor management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP/IT issues within SLA timelines.

- Support and configure modules like FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM.

- Provide hands-on ABAP support (Smart Forms, LSMW, debugging).

- Manage Optisuite tools (Export/Import/Excise Brillio).

- Build and support reports/dashboards using QlikView / BI tools.

- Develop and maintain small internal apps using MySQL, Java, PHP, etc.

- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for smooth SAP operations.

- Mentor junior team members and ensure delivery Skills :

- SAP HANA, ABAP, IDOC, BAPI, Fiori, PI/PO.

- Strong in FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM modules.

- Optisuite (Brillio Technologies) exposure.

- QlikView or BI dashboard/reporting knowledge.

- MySQL, MS Access, Java, Dotnet, PHP (basic level).

- Good problem-solving and team leadership Qualification :
