Job Title:Marketing Manager – Demand Generation Expert Location:Mohali, India Shift:10 AM – 7 PM / 11 AM – 8 PM Employment Type:Full-Time Experience:8+ Years About the Role We are seeking aresults-driven and strategic Marketing Manager (Demand Generation Expert)to lead our marketing initiatives and drive qualified leads for ourIT Software Servicesbusiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inlead generation, digital marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and event/webinar management , along with experience nurturing leads through multi-channel engagement strategies. You will be responsible for owning the marketing funnel end-to-end — from strategy and campaign design to performance measurement and optimization — while leading a dynamic team that collaborates closely withSales, Product, and Leadershipteams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensivemarketing strategyfocused on high-quality lead generation and conversion. Design, implement, and optimizemulti-channel campaignsacross SEO, SEM, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads), and content marketing. Own and deliver onlead generation targets , ensuring steady pipeline growth. Driveorganic traffic and brand visibilitythrough advanced SEO, content marketing, and backlink strategies. Plan, promote, and managewebinars, events, and workshopsto engage target audiences and accelerate lead nurturing. Build and executeemail marketing and automation campaignsfor lead nurturing, product launches, and retention. Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals. Manage marketing budgets, vendor/agency relationships, and continuously identify process improvements. Lead, mentor, and upskill agrowing marketing teamtoward performance excellence. Requirements 8+ yearsof progressive marketing experience, including3+ years in a leadership or demand generation role. Proven experience in developing and scalinglead generation programsthat deliver measurable results. Deep expertise inSEO/organic growth , including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Hands-on experience managingpaid campaignsacross LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. Proven success inevent/webinar strategy and executionfor B2B audiences. Strong understanding ofemail marketing, automation, and segmentation tools(HubSpot, Mailchimp, SFMC, or similar). Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools likeGoogle Analytics, SEMrush, and Data Studio. Exceptionalcommunication, leadership, and project management skills. Experience in theIT Software Services industry(AI, Data, QA, Software Development, Cybersecurity) preferred.
