Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)

Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud applications. You will work closely with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensure platform stability, and improve customer service experiences. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals who thrive in a dynamic environment and love solving business problems with smart, scalable technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.

- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.

- Develop and manage Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, and Validation Rules.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and external APIs to ensure seamless data flow and business process automation.

- Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce implementations to align with best practices and evolving business needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct technical feasibility assessments, and provide timely estimates.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.

- Ensure data security, scalability, and system performance through effective configuration and coding practices.

- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and proactively recommend new features and improvements.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with strong hands-on expertise in Service Cloud.

- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, declarative tools, and best practices.

- Experience with third-party integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.

- Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred. Additional certifications in Service Cloud are a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
