The Lead Architect will conceptualize and create product architecture for scanner applications within the Computed Tomography business of our organization.Your tasks and responsibilities:Define and drive the architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.Lead the design and development of applications using C# .NET and modern full-stack development.Provide technical governance for all products, ensuring compliance with architectural standards.Drive test automation strategy across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels in close coordination with Test architect.Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed across development teams.Mentor development teams to implement consistent, high-quality architecture and design.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Conduct architectural reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.Support Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and ExperienceMinimum a bachelor’s degree in science or in a technical field such as electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent.15+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in architectural roles.Minimum 10 years of experience in a product / systems development environment with a lead technical role and track record of delivering product / systems solutions.Experience in Healthcare and ImagingPrior experience in the development and delivery of applications for CT/console systems Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing business needs.Expertise in C# .NET and modern full stack development.Strong command of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and design patterns.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Our global team:We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
