Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the overall architecture of our software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement new tools and technologies that enhance the software development process. Leadership and Collaboration: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high code quality. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive software architectures, design decisions, and guidelines documentation. Communicate architecture and design principles effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Software Architect or a similar role in software development. In-depth knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and best practices. Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
