Must Have :We need a strong hands-on candidate with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes JD :Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements: Completed Bachelor’s degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Software Architecture preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also eligible 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience Ability to learn, understand, and work quickly with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Java based technology space Knowledge on CI/CD principals Good knowledge and working experience in Agile methodology and familiar with tools like Jira and ConfluenceMust-Have Skills Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade Java applications with a focus on performance and scalability. Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot for high-availability systems. Support the design, deployment, and integration of distributed microservice architectures. Architect and manage secure, cost-optimized AWS (or any other cloud) solutions leveraging native services. Build and maintain high-throughput event streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka. Deploy, scale, and monitor containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker in production environments. Take part in Agile ceremoniesAdditional Manager Comments: Curious mindset that drives to dig deeper into why things work a certain way Transparency and clarity in communications Self-starter able to work autonomously once you’ve grasped the objectives Ability to handle ambiguity in a pragmatic way, looking for solutions rather than reiterating problems Commitment to learning, especially on technical details of technologies High level of accountability in being the owner of your domain
