- Develop and maintain the overall Direct Connectivity system, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.- Provide technical support for the Direct Connectivity platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, working closely with internal and external technical teams.- Partner with the technology provider to track, communicate, and follow up on open issues until closure.- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, configurations, and enhancements.- Identify new technical requirements ( SAP integrations, new workflows, data interfaces) and document them for review and implementation.- Maintain comprehensive documentation for the solution, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications.- Assist with technical configurations, system monitoring, and user support as needed.- Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, EMA, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, including audit trails and data integrity.- Oversee system testing, regression testing, and change management from a technical perspective.- Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners on the tool.- Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve system performance, scalability, and adoption.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and incorporating lessons learned into future projects.
