Assignment Overview

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (Python, JavaScript), familiarity with chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa), and understanding of NLP concepts.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with various AI frameworks and tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Chatbot Developer).


Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Create chatbot applications using programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java, and integrate AI technologies to ensure responsive interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized chatbot solutions that meet business needs.
  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to ensure optimal performance and accuracy of chatbot applications.
  • Monitoring and Improvement: Analyze chatbot interactions to identify areas for enhancement and implement updates based on user feedback.
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed chatbot systems.

  • Programming Proficiency: Strong coding skills in languages like Python or JavaScript are crucial for building effective chatbots.
  • NLP Expertise: A deep understanding of natural language processing is necessary to create chatbots that can understand and respond appropriately to user inquiries.
