Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of the largest online coding EdTech companies in India. Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we are continuously working on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing towards becoming the de facto coding education company in India.


The company has raised more than 22 Million USD till date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi, etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas.


With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.

The Videographer would be responsible for managing the shoots at the office and other locations whenever required. He/she will be involved in Creative / Analytical discussions with Content Team to develop video shoot ideas which may make the video look more creative and explanatory.


Responsibilities


  • Managing the shoot activities at the studio and outside.
  • Understanding the storyboard and giving creative inputs on the same.
  • Managing and dispatching the studio equipment to the creator or SME.
  • Coordinating with the content team to manage the shoot schedule.
  • Studying market trends and iterating quickly with moving trends for YouTube videos.
  • Create multiple iterations of a video theme/concept, with changes in assets, elements, themes, etc. with the help of editors.
  • Plan, produce, and generate videos for our course / YouTube / YT Shorts following a decided calendar, and meet deadlines.


Requirements


  • Good camera handling knowledge preferably Mirrorless DSLRs.
  • Basic editing and colour correction knowledge.
  • Familiarity with professional-grade cameras and digital camcorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open to work on weekends whenever required.
  • Knowledge of different motion picture techniques
  • Basic knowledge of production modes like doing a single camera setup and adjusting
  • camera’s white balance
  • Ability to work in a team.
