Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content to showcase properties. This role requires proficiency in videography techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with real estate agents and builders to capture the essence of each property.


Responsibilities:

  • Video Production: Capture professional-quality video footage of properties, including interior and exterior shots, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Storyboarding and Scripting: Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to develop scripts or storyboards for video content, ensuring key selling points are highlighted effectively.
  • Location Scouting: Identify optimal angles and vantage points within properties to showcase features and layout. Scout external locations for establishing shots as needed.
  • Post-Production Editing: Edit raw footage to enhance visual appeal, including color correction, adding music or voice overs, and incorporating branding elements.
  • Virtual Tours: Create virtual tours or walkthrough videos that provide viewers with a comprehensive look at the property. Stitch together multiple shots to create a seamless viewing experience.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, homeowners, and other stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements for video content. Provide regular updates on project progress and incorporate feedback as needed.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with the distribution of video content through various channels, such as real estate websites, social media platforms, or email marketing campaigns. Optimize videos for different platforms and monitor performance metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a videographer, preferably with a focus on real estate.
  • Proficiency in videography techniques, equipment operation, and post-production editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry trends and marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous real estate videography work is required.
