Overview

We seek a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of social media platforms to grow our online presence, increase brand awareness, and boost engagement. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, creative content creation, and strategic thinking to manage and elevate our social media channels.


Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility and online presence across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, , YouTube).

- Create and curate engaging content for each social media platform, including posts, stories, videos, and live sessions, ensuring alignment with our brand’s voice and objectives.

- Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews from users and customers, leveraging insights to enhance engagement strategies.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach, including promotions, campaigns, and events.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, adapting our strategy to maintain a competitive edge.

- Engage with our online community regularly, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout), ensuring consistency with our brand identity.

- Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies through detailed reporting, using metrics to gauge reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and making data-driven decisions for future activities.


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.

- Expertise in multiple social media platforms, with the ability to use each platform’s features effectively.

- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to adapt content to resonate with different audiences.

- Excellent knowledge of analytics tools for social media, web traffic metrics, and SEO practices.

- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics to inform social media strategy.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with followers and stakeholders at all levels.

- Creative thinking with a strategic mindset, able to generate new ideas and initiatives to drive engagement.
