And hey, when you’re ready for a break, our villa discounts make it easy to enjoy the luxury you help create.Your RoleAs a Trainer - Learning & Development at StayVista, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and delivering training programs for our on-ground staff, with a primary focus on housekeeping and service roles. Your role will ensure that team members are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to consistently deliver world-class guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of service and cleanliness across all our properties.About You- Minimum 3–5 years of hospitality operations or training experience (hotels, resorts, homestays, or training institutes). - Arm force, Military, Navy Background is a plus. - Develop and deliver effective training modules for teams specializing in housekeeping, guest services, and villa management. - Collaborate with Villa Managers and Stay Experience Managers to identify skills gaps and design tailored training interventions for specific property needs. - Assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance evaluations, participant feedback, and direct observation. - Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, guest service protocols, and villa management best practices. - Ability to train blue-collar and fresher workforce using simple, practical methods. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus). - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field. - This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.Bonus Points - These are non-essential, but a bonus if you have them- Experience with On-Ground Training in Remote or Multi-Location Setups.Key Metrics: what you will drive and achieve- Training Effectiveness Scores. - Reduction in Guest Complaints. - Training Coverage Rate.Our Core Values: Are you a CURATER?Curious: Here, your curiosity fuels innovation.User-Centric: You’ll anticipate the needs of all our stakeholders and exceed expectations.Resourceful: You’ll creatively optimise our resources with solutions that elevate experiences in unexpected ways.Aspire: Keep learning, keep growing—because we’re all about continuous improvement.Trust: Trust is our foundation.
