KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Business Objective Management

  • Takes ownership of entire project cycle (Key CMI projects): Analyse both primary and secondary data related with consumers, competitors and market place and consolidates information into actionable items, reports and presentations
  • Exploring new growth opportunities for vivo with proactive analysis of Indian consumers/Market w.r.t. emerging future trends, Customers lifestyle & Behavioural macro-trends, explores corresponding micro-trends related with smartphone and related categories.
  • Identifying innovative practices which have strategic implications for vivo future growth in India. Leading a few new strategic initiatives of the company.
  • Following company’s vision and core values and create a roadmap of strategic initiatives for future growth.

Team Management

  • Build a know-how of various strategic & research tools and techniques and guide team members in improving analysis skills to address business problem and to get strategic recommendation.
  • Maintains a friendly working environment for the team ensuring timely closure of projects.

Technical Skill Management

  • Must have a strong understanding of Quant Studies. Working on Qual Studies will be a bonus.
  • Previous experience around strategic projects like Segmentation, U&As, Conjoint, Consumer Journeys, Pricing Strategy, Forecasting, C-Sat along with managing CLT studies would be a value addition.
  • Ability to Analyze Secondary reports/data to build a holistic market understanding

Agency Partner Management

  • Represent the company to external partner research & consulting agencies and ensure high quality business communication & interactions


Minimum Qualifications : MBA or any equivalent qualification

Specific experience : 4-7 years in market Research, from a reputed brand in FMCG, Auto, Smartphone, Consumer Electronics or MR agency
