Assist in building and customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts. Work on debugging and fixing issues in Salesforce applications, both in custom code and configuration. Collaborate with senior developers, administrators, and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in team meetings and code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.Requirements- Good command of the Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components Hands-on experience with creating the lightning components • Experience with Integration Deep knowledge of the Salesforce architecture Able to identify when to use config vs code Able to work with Salesforce Standard and Custom Objects, Fields, Formulas, Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, etc. A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full-lifecycle enterprise software projects. At a minimum of 5 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex), and integrations, and developing and executing data migrations. A minimum of 5 years of experience leading projects, technical project teams, and performing code reviews. Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Excellent leadership and management skills.
