The program focuses on advancing medical device connectivity, cyber risk management, and operational excellence through a modern, cloud-based application ecosystem built on ServiceNow and Azure.As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll play a critical role in building, configuring, and optimizing applications that support key operational and cybersecurity functions. You’ll work in a dedicated ServiceNow instance, developing custom modules, integrations, and workflows similar to those in the company’s enterprise instance—enhancing visibility, automation, and performance across the platform.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, configure, and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. - Build and enhance scoped applications to meet business and operational requirements. - Develop backend logic using Glide APIs and JavaScript, ensuring performance-efficient and scalable solutions. - Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and data sources using REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations. - Collaborate closely with functional and global distributed teams following Agile methodologies. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance benchmarks, and best practices for maintainability. - Work with CMDB and Discovery teams as needed to support related configurations and data integrity. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Support troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization efforts.Required Skills & Experience- 6–9 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration. - Proven ability to build, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server). - Experience with Scoped Application Development and backend scripting using Glide API / JavaScript. - Working knowledge of Agile development and collaboration within global teams. - Awareness of application performance optimization and efficient coding practices.Preferred Skills- Exposure to Field Service Management (FSM) module. - Understanding of Domain Separation in enterprise-level implementations. - Basic knowledge of CMDB/Discovery concepts (secondary focus). - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.QualificationsB.
