Greetings from TCSTCS is hiring for Mainframe DeveloperDesired Experience: 5 to 10 YearsJob Locations: Bangalore/ Chennai/ Hyderabad/ PuneJob Description:- 8 + years of hands-on experience in Mainframe development - Strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM and IMS DB/DC. - Knowledge of Mainframe Utilities (Panvalet, Endevor, IDCAMS, SORT, etc.) and scheduling tools (CA7,Control-M) - Familiarity with API enablement, microservice integration or mainframe modernization initiatives. - Experience working in a multi-shore model (onsite-offshore), with excellent communication and mentoring skills.Responsibilities :- Ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles. - Translate business requirements and user stories into technical design documents and specifications. - Conduct technical design and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with platform best practices. - Act as the "go-to" technical expert for complex development issues, providing hands-on coding and debugging support when necessary. - Lead the Development process using the standard mainframe tools.Interested candidates, please send your CV to poonam.rkamble@tcs.com
