As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and analytics solutions. You will work with a range of AWS technologies and data tools to ensure our data infrastructure is robust, scalable, and efficient.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines using AWS services such as Lambda, EventBridge, S3, and MWAA.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes and data transformations using DBT, PySpark, and Delta Lake.
  • Manage and optimize data storage and querying solutions using Snowflake and Oracle Bucket.
  • Utilize AWS tools like SQS, SNS, and Secrets Manager to ensure data security and workflow automation.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with AWS CodeCommit, CodeBuild, and CodePipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring high data quality and reliability.
  • Document data processes, pipelines, and architecture comprehensively.


Must Have Skills:


  • AWS Technologies: Proficiency in AWS services including Databricks, MWAA, EventBridge, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, and Secrets Manager.
  • Data Tools: Hands-on experience with DBT, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Snowflake.
  • CI/CD: Experience with AWS CodeCommit, CodeBuild, and CodePipeline.
  • Data Integration: Strong background in designing and managing data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
