Key Responsibilities :Lead Compliance Assurance:- Oversee the implementation and periodic testing of Zurich Group policies (AML, TES, ABC, COI, DPRM, DIS, ATFC, AEI, IC Policy). Provide assurance to key stakeholders on regulatory and policy compliance.Monitor Regulatory Changes:- Stay ahead of local laws, regulations, and master circulars. Ensure timely adaptation and compliance across business units.Internal Control Integrated Framework (ICIF):- Implement and monitor ICIF controls. Coordinate regular testing and reporting to maintain global standards and foster a culture of integrity.Stakeholder Engagement:- Collaborate with business, control, and risk teams to communicate compliance requirements and share best practices.Prepare for Regulatory Inspections:- Drive readiness for IRDAI and other regulatory inspections.
