Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to create high-performance, innovative designs for automotive, aerospace, and semiconductor applications. The ideal candidate will bridge conceptual ideas with manufacturable solutions, ensuring optimal functionality and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D models and technical drawings for high-precision components using CAD tools.
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and stress testing to validate designs under real-world conditions.
- Collaborate with machining and quality teams to ensure designs meet production and inspection requirements.
- Review and refine designs based on client feedback and performance testing.
- Research and incorporate advanced materials and manufacturing techniques into designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software.
Skills:
- Knowledge of GD&T, FEA, and prototyping processes.
- Strong creativity combined with technical expertise.
- Japanese Proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher (mandatory)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese
Experience:
- Freshers with excellent project work or internships will be considered.
