The Construction Project Manager will lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include project planning, budget management, coordination with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, on-site supervision, adherence to safety standards, and troubleshooting project challenges. The role requires efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive project success.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Master's degree in Project Management is a plus - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Site Supervision & Management - Proven ability in Project Coordination and Construction Management - Experience with Budgeting and financial control processes related to construction projects - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills - Proficiency with construction project management software is advantageous - Experience in managing construction projects in the sectors of healthcare, hospitality, institutional projects is a plus - Familiarity with on-site safety regulations and quality standards
