As we expand into the North American market, we are looking for a highly driven B2B SaaS Sales Specialist who understands AI-powered sales automation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to drive revenue growth.
Who You Are:
- Sales-Driven: You know how to identify, qualify, and close deals with B2B customers.

- Experienced in North America Sales: You understand US/Canada market dynamics, sales cycles, and buyer psychology.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use AI-driven automation tools to identify and reach out to decision-makers in North America.
- Cold Outreach & Engagement: Execute personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calls to drive interest and book demos.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points, demonstrate how StepsAI’s AI-powered search solutionsolves their problems, and drive conversion.
- Achieve & Exceed Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM to track performance and optimize strategies.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (North American market preferred).
- Proficiency in AI-driven sales tools (Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, LinkedIn automation, etc.).
- Proven success in outbound sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience working in US/Canada time zones (EST/PST).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a high-performance sales environment.
Compensation & Growth:
- Base Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month
- Uncapped Commission Structure – Earn Sizeable commission based on performance
- Bonuses & Incentives for exceeding targets
- Career Growth: Promotion to Senior Sales roles within 6–12 months based on performance
