Company DescriptionAvanta Business Centre Pvt. Ltd. is a UK-based serviced office company that began its operations in Delhi from Statesman House, Connaught Place, in 2008. Specializing in high-quality serviced offices, shared office spaces.Role DescriptionThe Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in developing and expanding business for the Business Centre. They will work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure that sales of services within the business are all maximised. Supporting have responsibility for developing business for the Business Centre in which they are based as well as other locations within the portfolio. They must also ensure that sales of services within the business are maximised. He/she will work closely with the Sales Manager and the operational team in general. A further key relationship will be with Avanta’s Direct Sales team, based at head office. Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with business partners is imperative, particularly with the brokers and commercial agents. Ideal Candidate Profile:Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting business development, generating new business, and managing third-party relationships.Experience handling small, medium, or large accounts.Excellent presentation skills with confidence and enthusiasm.Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Computer literate and comfortable using databases to update contacts and leads.Numerate, with the ability to perform basic calculations as required.Strong problem-solving skills to handle diverse client needs.Capable of providing customized, consultative solutions based on individual client requirements.
