Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud ConsultantLocation: Remote(Two days in a week at any of our offices at Pune/Blr/Mumbai)Exp: 3-8 yearsTime zone: US Shift (4pm-1:30am IST)Contract Duration: 6 months + extendable to a yeaExperience Required:- 5+ years overall in data/technology roles - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platformsKey Responsibilities:- Lead customer data unification and identity resolution projects - Define comprehensive data strategies aligned with business goals - Design scalable, cloud-based data architectures - Map and ingest data from multiple sources into Salesforce Data Cloud - Configure Salesforce Data Cloud components including: - Data streams - Unified customer profiles - Segments and activation targets - Build real-time and batch data pipelines for high-performance processing - Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud and other platforms - Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA) - Implement robust data quality monitoring frameworks - Collaborate closely with solution architects, data engineers, and marketing teams - Deliver detailed documentation, user training, and post-implementation supportRequired Expertise:- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and capabilities - Strong data modeling skills and experience with customer identity resolution - Proven experience with real-time personalization use cases and data activation - Familiarity with privacy and security regulations in customer data handling-
