This role focuses on configuring Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management) and optimizing the end-to-end quote-to-cash process. Key Respnsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements. Configure Salesforce CPQ, Billing, pricing rules, discounting, and approvals. Manage product catalog and subscription/renewal workflows. Work closely with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to streamline processes. Provide testing, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experiencewith Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ & Billing. Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes. Salesforce certifications preferred.
