We’re on a mission to make WhatsApp the #1 revenue engine for every business.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a data-driven Ads Manager who can own end-to-end paid media execution across Meta, Google, and other performance channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan campaigns, deploy creatives, analyze performance, and communicate results directly with partners. Your work will directly influence ROAS, partner satisfaction, and overall revenue growth.Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Management & ExecutionPlan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns—primarily on Meta Ads and Google Ads.Manage daily budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to hit performance KPIs.Conduct audience research, segmentation, and testing to ensure ads reach the right partner cohorts.Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, headlines, and landing pages to drive higher conversions.2. Creative & Content DeploymentCoordinate with designers or create basic ad assets when required (images, videos, carousels).Write sharp, high-intent ad copy aligned with brand and partner goals.Ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, events, and UTM parameters before launching any campaign.Keep creatives fresh to avoid fatigue and maintain performance consistency.3. Performance Analytics & ReportingMonitor real-time campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and flag anomalies quickly.Build weekly and monthly reports for internal teams and partner accounts.Extract insights from data and clearly explain what’s working, what’s not, and why.Recommend budget reallocations based on top-performing channels and audience sets.4. Partner ManagementOnboard new partners into our advertising ecosystem.Present performance insights in a clear, actionable way—even for non-technical stakeholders.Customize advertising strategies based on partner tier, objectives, and product category.Requirements2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad budgets.Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Proficient in GA4, Google Sheets/Excel, and Looker Studio (or similar reporting tools).Ability to identify high-performing visuals and copy from a creative standpoint.Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.Solid experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).Nice to HaveExperience in [Industry—SaaS, E-commerce, Edtech, Real Estate, etc.]Familiarity with partner marketing, affiliate campaigns, or co-marketing programs.
