Role Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of execution and optimization. You’ll lead our paid acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, Taboola, Bing, and other digital channels—and own campaign setup, optimization, attribution, and reporting from end to end.
You’ve already run multi-channel paid campaigns, managed budgets, hit CAC targets, and worked cross-functionally with design, ops, and product teams. Now you’re ready to apply that expertise in a high-ownership role at a mission-led startup.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (FB/IG)
- Taboola, Bing, and other CPL-focused channels
- Build and manage performance dashboards to track CAC, CVR, CPL, ROAS
- Structure and run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, bidding strategies
- Collaborate with product/design to build effective ad flows and audience targeting
- Work closely with CRM and ops to ensure funnel consistency from lead → loan sanctioned
- Monitor budgets, pacing, attribution windows, and cross-platform performance
- Report weekly on performance trends, insights, and optimization actions
- Stay ahead of platform policy updates (especially financial services ad restrictions)
You Should Have
- 5–7 years of performance marketing experience across Google and Meta
- Demonstrated ability to manage monthly budgets > ₹3–5L with performance targets
- Comfort with attribution tools (GA4, UTMs, first-touch/multi-touch models)
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet/reporting skills
- Experience working with financial services or edtech platforms a big plus
- Strong bias for ownership, iteration, and data-driven decision-making
Bonus Points If You’ve
- Experience in regulated industries (fintech, insurance, education loans)
- Built paid + organic flywheels (Quora, Reddit, SEO-led content)
- Used BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio) to slice performance cohorts
- Familiarity with CRO, pixel tracking, and landing page testing
- Worked at a startup where you wore both execution and strategy hats
