About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, and advanced AI/ML technologies. You will be responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art AI-powered applications that leverage cutting-edge LLM frameworks and vector databases. Your work will directly impact solving complex real-world business challenges by creating scalable, efficient, and intelligent Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LangChain and various LLM frameworks such as OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, Claude, and Mistral.

- Build custom chains, agents, and AI tools tailored to specific business needs, enhancing automation and decision-making processes.

- Implement and manage vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate to support semantic search, information retrieval, and recommendation systems.

- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that combine external knowledge sources with LLMs to improve output relevance and accuracy.

- Fine-tune pre-trained models using Hugging Face Transformers or similar libraries to customize models for specific domain applications.

- Collaborate closely with data engineers, backend developers, and product managers to integrate AI functionalities seamlessly into production systems.

- Ensure code quality by writing clean, modular, scalable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and standards.

- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to continually innovate and improve existing solutions.

- Participate in architectural discussions and help design AI/ML infrastructure, including cloud deployment and containerization Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, particularly with large language models and related ecosystems.

- Strong practical experience with LangChain for building sophisticated LLM applications and workflows.

- Deep understanding of LLM APIs and platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Mistral, and Cohere.

- Proficiency in Python programming and key AI/ML libraries including Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn,

PyTorch, and TensorFlow.

- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding models to facilitate semantic search and information retrieval.

- Solid knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture, prompt engineering, and agent-based AI frameworks.

- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python frameworks is a plus.

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for building scalable, reliable AI solutions in a collaborative environment.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
